Nothing special.

I had expected the scale to read 158 this morning. Surprisingly, it was only 150.8. I'm positive it will go back up over the next couple of days. I'm going to stop weighing myself so that I can pretend I'm staying there. hehe
 
I flaked on my run  yesterday.. but I did run with Kate this morning. Introduced her to my favorite thing -- intervals!  Intervals always make the workout seem shorter. :)
 
Food from yesterday:
 
Breakfast: packet of apple-cinammon oatmeal and a small glass of OJ
Lunch: 2 mini-bagel ham & cheese sandwiches from target, 100cal serving of honeywheat pretzels
Snack: Another 100cal serving of pretzels
Dinner: Italian sausage delight left-overs
Snack: handful of swedish fish.
